We ship to customers in the United States and Europe. Shipping method, cost and estimated delivery time are confirmed for each order before production. Import duties and taxes, where applicable, depend on the destination country.

Production

Every box is custom made to your specs. Production starts after your specifications and artwork are confirmed.

Returns & reprints

Because boxes are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or does not match the approved specs and proof, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you on a reprint or refund.
