What is your minimum order?
50 pieces for boxes and gift bags; label sheets from 1 sheet. Bulk orders get tiered discounts — contact us for a tiered quote.
Do you ship to the US and Europe?
Yes — we ship to customers in the United States and Europe. Shipping method, cost and delivery time are confirmed with your order.
Do you make labels and stickers?
Yes — custom labels and stickers such as bottle labels, printed on A2 sheets (coated paper or matte gold / silver). See our Pricing page.
Which units can I use?
Both. Enter your inside dimensions in inches or millimetres; the designer converts automatically.
What artwork files do you accept?
PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG or JPG (max 20 MB). Vector PDF or AI files on our dieline give the best result. You can also send artwork after ordering.
Will I see a proof before production?
Yes. Production only starts after you approve the design and the mockup. 3D mockup previews are free.
Can you design my packaging?
Yes — we offer 2D / structural design for $30 per design, credited in full when your whole order reaches $1,000.
How do I pay?
Checkout is in USD. Online payment via PayPal is being set up; contact us on WhatsApp if you need help placing an order.
Can I get a sample first?
Message us on WhatsApp with your box style and size and we will let you know the sample options.
